The Cake has set the standard for combining taste with beauty. Not only are we cake designers, we are professionally trained Pastry Chefs.
We are true to our craft and strive to produce the highest quality cakes and desserts using our experience as career Pastry Chefs and practicing professional techniques.
We aim for perfection in designs and excellence in taste. We are inspired by the timeless beauty of vintage design, while dedicated in producing cakes that are custom to our clients’ vision.
We typically schedule tastings on weekend mornings [9:00 am – 12:30 pm] or weekdays [12:00 – 5:30 pm], but we try to accommodate all schedules. However, appointments are limited – please let us know if you would prefer a weekday or weekend tasting.
The more advanced notice we have, the more flexible we can be with scheduling. Duration: Approximately 30 minutes.
You may bring up to 3 additional guests with you (4 total attending). Please let us know how many will be attending so we can prepare

The minimum order is a dozen and prices for party favors vary on container.

Ms. Nancy Lee graduated from Rutgers University and earned her psychology degree with honors. Shortly after graduation she decided to pursue her love of baking by attending The Institute of Culinary Education in New York City where she graduated with a certificate in Baking & Pastry Arts.
In 2009, she performed her externship at The Palace in Somerset Park where she continued to gain experience and learn under the guidance of Gina Roselle. There she honed her skills in wedding cake decorating and high-quality dessert production.
From 2010 – present day she also provided freelance wholesale desserts and cakes for the authentic French restaurant Sophie’s Bistro in New Brunswick, NJ. In 2013, she was promoted to position of Executive Pastry Chef when Gina left and continued to manage the bakeshop of several employees.
Her interest in pastries began as a youth, while admiring her father’s work at the pastry stand at the annual Italian American Festival of Ocean Township. Her
